Introducing the Withofs E-Learning Platform

At Withofs Bulk Logistics, we are continuously looking for ways to support our employees and further improve the quality of our operations. We are proud to introduce our own multilingual e-learning platform, developed entirely in-house.

The platform has been built specifically for the way we work at Withofs. Rather than using a generic training solution, we have created a digital learning environment that brings together our own knowledge, procedures and operational standards in one central place.

Four Handbooks, Tailored to Our Operations

The e-learning platform is structured around four digital handbooks, each covering a different area of our organisation:

• Bulk Transport
• Tank Transport
• Intermodal Transport
• General Handbook

Each handbook contains the information that drivers need to carry out their work safely, efficiently and according to the standards of Withofs. The content has been developed internally and reflects our own procedures, guidelines and best practices.

Because the platform is managed in-house, the content can easily be updated whenever procedures change or new information needs to be shared.

Available in Multiple Languages

To ensure every driver has the best possible learning experience, the platform is available in multiple languages.

Drivers can complete the training in the language they understand best, making the content more accessible and reducing the risk of misunderstandings. This ensures that everyone receives the same information, regardless of their native language.

Knowledge Tests

Each handbook includes online knowledge tests.

These assessments allow drivers to check their understanding of the material, while also enabling Withofs to verify that important procedures and instructions have been correctly understood.

The tests help us identify whether additional guidance or refresher training is needed, ensuring that knowledge remains up to date throughout the organisation.

Supporting Onboarding and Continuous Learning

The platform will be used in several ways within Withofs.

New colleagues will use it during their onboarding, giving them a structured introduction to our organisation, procedures and way of working before they start operating independently.

The platform will also support existing drivers. When procedures are updated, new information becomes available or additional training is required, drivers can complete the relevant modules online. If knowledge tests indicate that certain topics require extra attention, targeted refresher training can easily be assigned.

Learn Anytime, Anywhere

Because the platform is fully online, drivers can complete their training wherever and whenever it suits them best. Whether from home or another convenient location, they can learn at their own pace using any suitable device.

This flexibility makes it easier to keep knowledge up to date without depending solely on classroom sessions.
